Search Our Store
You can use the search box facility at the top of each page to search by product codes, product names or other search words in our “STORE SEARCH” box and click on "GO" to search our store.
You can also use the “PRODUCT TYPE” search box as well as “STORE SEARCH”, or on its own to narrow down your search to a specific product area.
Browse our Store
By using our main navigation bar, on the left of each page, you will be able to 'drill-down' to find individual products, within a specific area of your Catering Business such as "Deli & Salad Bar" or "Hot Counter" or "Fine Dining". We have minimized the number of levels you need to click through, and these start with the application e.g. "Hospitality & Events", moving on to product type e.g. "Dishes & Platters – Ceramic", and ending with the actual products e.g. "Individual Portion Dishes".
To Buy online
Once you have found the product you are interested in – by clicking on the “More & Buy” Button, you will find more information about your chosen product, and you will also be able to see if there any related products. We know how difficult it can be to identify the right saucer to go with a cup for example, or the correct lid to fit a platter; so by showing the related products we have tried to make life much easier for you!
Once you have selected the product you wish to buy, you can change the qty you need and then click on the “Add to Basket” button. You will then be shown the contents of your online shopping basket. Here you may adjust quantities or delete products and if you are an especial Account Customer you can even enter your Purchase Order No if your company needs that shown on your invoices. You can now either proceed to Check Out, Continue Shopping, or Save as a Quote at this point.
Proceed to the Check Out
When you select "Proceed to the Check Out“. you will be asked to register your name and email address with a password. This will allow our shopping cart software to remember your delivery details for future visits. You may then key in your billing address (note that this must match your credit or debit card billing address) and your delivery address. Your address details can be edited if they have changed since you last placed an order with us.
To request a quotation
When you select "Save as a Quote" once you have selected the product(s) you are interested in, you will be shown the contents of your online shopping basket with a quote reference. You can adjust quantities, before saving the Quote which will be saved in our database for 60 days, which enables you to revisit the website to convert the quote to buy the goods on line.
Existing Account Customers - How to order online
For existing Account Customers the contents of the basket can be converted into an order. This will enable you to enter a Purchase Order Reference No before placing your order. We will then confirm the order via email within 48 hours and advise you of any specially negotiated lower prices that may be relevant to your specific Account.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are included in our prices for Mainland UK for orders over £100 in value. The carriage charge for orders under £100 is £8.95. We can also supply to Northern Ireland & Eire but you will need to contact us to get a quote for delivery.
Paying by Credit or Debit Card
The software we use to operate the shopping cart is installed on a secure server, which means that your card details will be encrypted.
Prices and availability
All prices shown exclude VAT. Prices are checked and updated regularly to include our best online discount. Inevitably, prices and availability may change over time. In the unlikely event of a product not being available, we will contact you within 48 hours of you placing your order. VAT is calculated at the current rate of 20% and displayed in your basket.
Your Personal Details
All information entered into our website is used to enable us to process your order more efficiently, and keep you informed on changes to our website & Product Ranges. This information will not be passed to any third party outside of the Especial Group. Should you want your personal details or your e mail address to be removed from our database at any point in the future then please contact us.
Processing Your Order
We aim to process your order on the day we receive it, subject to availability.
Deliveries
We aim to give you the best possible service on each order, For items held in stock - delivery will normally be within 3 working days. If there is likely to be a delay with any item we will notify you when we process the order.
Returns
We have to charge a 25% re-stocking fee if goods are returned. Please ensure that the goods you order are appropriate for the application, and your specific needs. If in any doubt you can always contact us prior to placing an order for in depth advice and suggestions for the best product to suit your needs.

We will indicate against each product, if any special warranty is provided. If you require detailed information on a particular product warranty, please contact us and we will provide this information.
